Design data preparation

First, prepare the data for ordering.

The file formats supported are DXF, STP, or DXF and PDF. There are submission manuals available depending on the parts you order, so please check the data you have created before submitting it.

If you haven't prepared your data yet, please do so.

If you have not created data yet, please refer to the article that introduces how to create data using Fusion360. Carbon Lab also provides a "data creation service," so please contact us if you are unable to create data.

Enter data via the order form

Once you have prepared your data, please request a free quote from the order form. Please submit the design data you prepared when placing your order and we will provide you with a quote.

Once you have submitted the order form, your quotation request is complete.

We will send you a quotation for the product you ordered to the email address you entered within 1-3 business days at the earliest. Please wait a little while until you receive the quotation.

Ordering and production start

After confirming the quotation, if you would like to officially request processing, please reply by email. After payment (credit card or bank transfer) is confirmed, we will place an order with our partner factory and start processing.

Inspection/Shipping

Once production is complete, we will inspect the product and ship it together with the invoice.

For custom-made orders, the normal delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the order is confirmed. Please note that delivery may be impossible or delayed due to bad weather or natural disasters.
