We explain our design data creation services for those who cannot use CAD.
1. Draw a rough sketch and send it
Simply hand-mark your desired shape as a draft and we will create a new CAD file for you based on that original paper draft.
2. Create design data using CAD
手書きのドラフト画像を受け取ったら、DWGまたはPDFファイルをお客様に生成し、内容が正しいかどうか確認していただきます。その後、CADファイルの詳細確認のためにお客様にメールを送ります。
3. Make an estimate and if there are no problems, start production
Once you make the online payment through our website, we will start the carbon fiber cutting process. Once the process is completed, we will receive the manufacturing elements and check the status. We will make sure all the requirements are met. The product will be delivered to you within 5 business days.

What cannot be accepted
Measurements and data creation based on the actual item
We cannot take measurements based on the actual item you have in hand or create design files. Since we do not take measurements of actual items, please send us an illustration showing the desired size, hole positions, and hole shapes.
Data for complex structures and shapes
If the carbon parts you want to make are complicated, CarbonLab.jp may not be able to create the data for you. In that case, we will introduce you to a separate outsourced data creation service (fees apply).
The design of the part itself
We can create the data on your behalf, but we cannot handle the design. Thank you for your understanding.
Anything larger than the maximum size is not supported.
For plates – W: 600mm, D: 1,000mm, T: 10mm
For round pipes – φ: 40mm, T: 2mm, L: 1,000mm
For square pipes – Sides A and B: 80mm x 80mm, T: 3mm, L: 1,000mm
